If you contact IAVC about a course, seminar or product, the information may include your name, email address, phone number, professional role, selected course or product, and any message or notes you choose to provide. The website does not collect payment details.

The contact and Bales & Clothes tools prepare an email draft in your browser. IAVC receives the details in that draft only after you choose to send the email from your email application.

The registration screen currently uses the entered details to validate the fields and display an on-page confirmation. It does not itself transmit those details to IAVC. To make sure a registration request reaches the academy, send it to [email protected].

IAVC uses information received from you to answer the enquiry, review course or seminar suitability, prepare the requested registration or product follow-up, and communicate the next steps. If an enquiry leads to a booking or order, related records may also be used to administer it and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Loading a website necessarily sends technical connection information, such as the requested address and browser connection details, to the environment that delivers the page. This website also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. The Bales & Clothes page currently loads selected product images from iavc.modevo.dev. Your browser connects directly to those services when the relevant resources are requested.

Links to external services such as Google Maps open only when you choose to follow them. Their own privacy information applies after you leave the IAVC website.

A single retention period is not stated because the time for which email correspondence and related administrative records are needed depends on whether the matter remains an enquiry, leads to a booking or order, or is subject to legal record-keeping duties. You may ask IAVC about information connected with your request at any time.
